There are over 295 centers worldwide where you can schedule a test up to 24 hours in advance. You can expect to get your results very fast, usually under 48 hours of taking the test.

So, How Should I Book For My PTE Test?

To do the PTE test, you have to book in advance and make sure the date and center are convenient. Here is a step by step breakdown on how to book PTE academic test.

  1. Give yourself a timeframe of 30 days to the day of the date to allow you enough preparation. If you cannot find a date within the timeline above, pick the next available time.

  2. Head over to the official Pearson website to book your exam.

  3. If you are a new user, click on the Create Account button, and if you are an existing user, click on the Sign in Account.

  4. Once in, select the exam by choosing the PTE — A: Pearson Test English Academic section. This action should take you to the pricing page.

  5. Once on the pricing page, read the guidelines carefully. Next, go through the testing policy. Once done, proceed to click on the Schedule Exam button.

  6. At this step, answer all the general questions once you are done click on the NEXT.

  7. At this point, you will select your preferred test center. Usually, the recommended suggestion is to pick the nearest one. But before you do that, make sure to read different reviews of the testing centers. Some are better than others.

  8. After choosing the center, select the test date and timing that is convenient for you. Once done, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout.'

  9. At the checkout, proceed to enter your details and then agree on the Pearson's Terms by checking the Terms and Conditions Box.

  10. Finally, fill in the payment details and click on the 'Submit Order' button to make the test booking.

  11. Get the confirmation and select the option to print the ticket for future use.
