Are your mock tests scored ?
Yes, all our mock tests are scored following the official score guide. You also receive a scorecard and feedback to improve your score.
How often will I be charged ?
Our web packages do not auto-renew after they expire. You only have to pay once when you select a product. We will never charge you without your consent.
How do you score the exam ?
We use the latest standards in AI machine learning provided by Google to replicate the real exam.
How do I access the mobile app ?
After your purchase, go to the Settings page of the PTE Success mobile app and click on "Login with PTE Success" to link your devices.
When will I receive my scorecard ?
You will receive your scorecard and feedback a few minutes after you completed your mock test.
Will I lose my mock tests when the plan expires ?
No, our mock test system works with a credit system. 1 credit = 1 attempt to a mock test. These credits do not expire so you can take your mock test at any time.
What is a sectional mock test ?
A sectional mock test allows you to focus on one section (reading, writing, speaking, listening). It helps you focus on your weaknesses and speeds up your preparation.
I already have a plan on the app, do I need to pay again ?
No, you don't need to pay twice! Just go to the Settings page of the PTE Success mobile app and click on "Login with PTE Success" to link your devices.
